1) Who we are

Divyaneel (“we”, “our”, “us”) offers (a) handcrafted brass & bronze /décor items and (b) Jyotish and Sacred consult  services (c) Business Collaboration . All amounts shown in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.

2) Using the Site

You must be 18+ (or using under adult supervision). Keep your account details secure. We may update the Site or these Terms at any time.

3) Products & Services

  • Handcrafted goods: Minor variations/marks are natural signs of handcrafting. Images are representative.

  • Jyotish services: Guidance for self-reflection and timing windows—no medical/financial/legal guarantees. Free will leads.

4) Orders, Pricing & Taxes

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept/decline due to stock, payment, or listing errors. Prices are in INR; GST is applied as per law and shown at checkout.

5) Payments & Security

Payments are processed via trusted gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your card/UPI data. TLS encryption protects checkout.

6) Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India via reliable couriers. Timeframes and fees appear at checkout—see our Shipping Policy for details.

7) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Goods: Refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility, timelines, and how to raise a request.

  • Jyotish services: Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours before the slot. Once a session is delivered, no refunds.

8) Intellectual Property

All content (text, designs, images, logos) is our property or used with permission. Don’t copy, modify, or use commercially without consent.

9) Reviews & User Content

You’re responsible for what you post. No unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content. We may moderate or remove content.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. For goods, our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as per policy.
