Refunds & Returns — Divyaneel

At Divyaneel Enterprises, we deeply value your trust. Every brass & bronze piece is handcrafted in limited batches—each one a prayer in metal. If something isn’t right, our hassle-free 15-day return process is here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Within 15 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all inserts/tags.

  • Proof of Issue (if any): For damage/defect, please email within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video + clear photos.

Note: Handcrafted items may show minor variations in tone/texture/weight. These are signs of artisanal work—not defects.

What’s Not Eligible

  • Used items, missing original packaging, or tampered pieces

  • Made-to-order / customised / engraved items

  • Sale / discounted / clearance items (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Normal patina/tarnish that naturally develops on brass with time

Easy Return Process

  1. Email: info@divyaneel.com (Subject: Return — Order #____). Share reason + photos (and unboxing video if damaged).

  2. Approval: Our team reviews within 24 hours and shares next steps.

  3. Pickup/Ship Back:

    • Defect/Damage approved: We arrange pickup / cover return shipping.

    • Change of mind: Customer books & bears return shipping.

  4. Inspection: 2–3 business days after we receive the item.

  5. Refund/Exchange:

    • Refunds initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (bank timelines may vary).

    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if unavailable, we’ll process a refund.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Mode: Original payment method only (no cash refunds).

  • Timeline: 5–7 business days post quality check approval.

  • Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable, except for approved damage/defect cases.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Damage/Defect (approved): Divyaneel bears return/replacement shipping.

  • Change of Mind: Customer bears return shipping. Please use a trackable courier and share the AWB/Tracking ID.

Gifts

  • Gift returns/refunds (if eligible) are issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise arranged at time of order.

International Orders (if applicable)

  • Returns are accepted within the same 15-day window; duties/taxes/return freight are borne by the customer unless the item is received damaged/defective (approved claim).

Care & Authenticity

  • Brass develops a natural patina; wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.

  • Each piece is artisan-made in Moradabad; slight variations celebrate its handcrafted soul.
